Shipments delivery times and returns

Your order will be sent through transport companies that we trust.

The delivery time will depend on the destination (except incidents caused by bad
operation of transport or excess orders due to promotions) from
confirmation thereof. Shipments and deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. The amount of the shipping costs is calculated automatically at the time of placing your order, depending on the destination and the method of payment. Our delivery times are 24/48h with full tracking for all shipments that are for mainland Spain and Portugal.

It will appear, fully detailed, the total amount of your purchase, including expenses and delivery time. Article 20 of RDLeg 1/2007 says that it will be necessary information, among others. The payment procedures, delivery terms and execution of the contract and the claims treatment system, when they deviate from the requirements of professional diligence, understanding as such the one defined in art. 4.1 of the Unfair Competition Law.

To find out exactly what your order will cost, select the products you wish to purchase and press "buy". Next, select the destination and choose the payment method and the shipping method. It will appear, fully detailed,
the total amount of your purchase, including shipping costs. At that time you can decide whether or not to continue with the purchase process. To continue with your order you must click "Complete Purchase".


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. All returns must be made within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return. You can also use the prepaid shipping label included with your package. If you use the prepaid shipping label, they will be deducted from your return to cover shipping costs.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) calendar days from receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 calendar days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
