How do I register on NIRUSHOP.EU?
It is very simple! Follow the instructions that appear in the following link to be part of our community.
I can't log in to my account, I forgot my password. What I can do?
If you have tried to log in to our page, but could not enter because your email is not recognized or you have forgotten your password, please follow the instructions below:
1. Check that the email address you are entering is the one you registered with and that it is spelled correctly.
2. In the event that you do not remember your password, click on the following link Have you forgotten your password?
3. If you still can't access your account, contact us at contacto@nirushop.eu customer service so we can help you.
How do I search for a specific product?
You must click on the search engine which you will find in the upper right part of our main page. You will be able to enter the name, brand or reference of a specific product and you will get an effective and immediate response.
In the same way, you can find on the main page the tab that classifies the products by categories and subcategories.
If after having followed the previous steps, you have not been able to find the product you are looking for, or it does not appear on our NIRUSHOP.EU website, contact us at contacto@nirushop.eu customer service so we can help you and verify the existence and availability of the product you are looking for.
Is it safe to buy on the NIRUSHOP.EU virtual platform?
Yeah! Our platform and our payment processor have the best practices in terms of security and management of personal information.
What payment methods can I use?
For what reasons can a payment be denied?
There are several factors why your payment may be rejected. If you pay with a credit card and the payment was rejected, it may be that the security filters have not been passed or because of inconsistencies in the information registered during the purchase process. The payment may also be declined if the total amount is too high for the purchase limit. In any case, we suggest contacting your financial institution directly.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes, the VAT value will be included at the time of payment, and will be recorded on your invoice.
AFTER THE PURCHASE IS MADE
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you want to cancel the order, you must inform us within a maximum period of 24 hours from when you placed it, since in this interval you may be traveling and it is not always possible to stop the shipment. If your order has already been shipped, you must collect the order when it is delivered and contact us within a maximum period of 7 business days from the date of receipt.
Can I make a product return?
The return of the product can be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the same. If 14 calendar days have passed since the User's purchase, NIRU SHOP (Telemarketing Express Internacional SL) does not offer a refund or exchange thereof.
You must notify through our customer service email contacto@nirushop.eu , about the withdrawal of the contract for which you purchased the product, before the aforementioned period expires.
What are the conditions to be able to return the product?
To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, closures without manipulation of access to the product and with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included in your case.
You must send NIRUSHOP.EU (Telemarketing Express Internacional SL) a photo of the product, a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase and the tracking code before the product return process begins.
When is the money reimbursed?
Once the return of the product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the return has been received, and the respective approval or rejection of the refund.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the User's credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 10 business days.
Who bears the shipping costs of returning the product?
Users will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product. NIRUSHOP.EU (Telemarketing Express Internacional SL) recommends that the User send his return with a tracking option through insured postal packages because the company will not be responsible for lost returns.
Will I receive an invoice for my purchase?
Yeah! NIRUSHOP.EU will send you the invoice of your purchase to the email that you have registered on our page or to the email that you registered at the time of making your purchase.
How can I track my order?
You must enter your NIRUSHOP.EU account in which the status of your order will appear in real time.
In how much time will my request be delivered?
The delivery time of the order will depend on the destination to which it is sent and its availability at the moment. Generally the shipment is made from 24 to 48 hours from your request.
What do I do if I receive my order and it arrives in poor condition or defective?
In the event that the purchased product is in poor condition or defective, as long as it is not due to deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, use or improper manipulation, nor has it been used, NIRUSHOP.EU (Telemarketing Express Internacional SL) will carry out the Exchange for another of the same characteristics at no cost.
For the above you must contact us at the customer service email contacto@nirushop.eu, send a photo of the defective product, a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase and the tracking code of the same.
